Dear Folks,
I was delighted to read the accomplishments of the community gardening efforts in Az Republic.
You may be interested in a pdf file I posted on Phoenix Permaculture site on soil reclamation using ancient techniques. Perhaps some of the concepts would work in extending the gardens.
